防晒小知识
紫外线的伤害分成两种：
UVA是长波紫外线，会到达真皮层，在真皮层的胶原蛋白会去反射UVA以保护细胞，反射久了胶原蛋白会失去弹性、萎缩，不再能撑起皮肤形成『膨皮』的效果，就像气球泄了气表皮开始皱化一样，肌肤就会开始有皱纹，提前出现肌肤的老化，让容貌及肤龄上看起来比实际年龄还要老，所以UVA的『A』~又被称『 Aging』，太阳晒久了会容易生皱纹变老，就是UVA在作怪。

UVB是短波紫外线，在表皮层被吸收而造成伤害，这个『B』被称为『Buring』，顾名思义就是灼伤，没错，太阳晒久了皮肤会发红，就是UVB的灼伤效应，人体表皮层会刺激黑色素细胞加速分泌黑色素，来保护细胞不被灼伤，这些过激的黑色素很容易就形成斑，所以晒久会变黑会长斑，就是UVB在作怪。
因此外出时，一定要擦防晒！

防晒品上的SPF，是Sun Protect Factor『阳光防晒因子』的缩写，SPF的数字是测量可以抵挡UVB在表皮晒多久，UVA是无法测量出的，为何呢??因为UVB晒在表皮层会发红，（大多数人的皮肤晒10~20分钟就会发红)，所以可以根据皮肤变红的时间来测出UVB隔离体的保护时效(失去效用之后皮肤就会开始发红，因此测得出SPF是多少)，但是UVA是深及真皮层而产生慢性伤害的，目前我们无法测量晒多久后真皮层开始变化，所以无法抓出UVA隔离体的保护系数，只能感觉皮肤看起来慢慢皱纹变多了变粗了！

PA(UVA Protection Factor)：由日本化妆品工业联合会发明制定的方法，和前者SPF测试方法类似，以「阳光模拟器」测试，但以产生皮肤黑化为判定点，分别以「+」号多寡表示效能。在台湾贩售的防晒乳很多为日系品牌，因此比较常见到PA值。 PA分为+、++、+++，表示延长被晒黑的时间。 PA+++表示延长时间越长。
PA+ 表示可延缓 2~4 倍晒黑的时间
PA++ 表示可延缓 4~8 倍晒黑的时间
PA+++ 表示可延缓 8 倍以上晒黑的时间
