 ~ yes, this bra featured with 1 inches thick pad , NO  bra rims,  as a result, it is very comfortable to wear, and also suitable to wear while sleeping or exercising.

~ the bra strap can be adjust easily. And the material is soft and good quality, it wouldn't hurt the skin while it is tight to the skin.
